Don McQueen is the President of Nutri-Lawn Burlington Irrigation, Nite Time Decor Oakville, and Christmas Décor Oakville/South Mississauga — bringing an unusually deep combination of technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience to everything he does. Don holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA in International Business from McMaster University, and a Master of Engineering from Western University. He spent the first 13 years of his career using his engineering and MBA background to work in financial planning, and corporate strategy roles with Gulf Canada, Petro-Canada, and Suncor before successfully transitioning to entrepreneurship — building and growing businesses in lawn care, irrigation, landscape lighting, and holiday lighting that now serve thousands of residential and commercial clients across Mississauga, Halton, and Hamilton. Over more than 33 years in the industry, Don has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and genuine craftsmanship — values reflected in multiple Landscape Ontario Awards of Excellence in landscape and holiday lighting. When Don says a system is designed right or a lighting installation will turn heads, he has the engineering background, the business acumen, and the track record to back it up.
